Old School Texas Music
Ronny Corbin is a Country Americana singer/songwriter who hails for the great state of Texas. His 15 years of experience working as a commercial airline pilot has introduced him to music all across America. He’s played shows across the country. From Alaska, to California, to Tennessee, to Texas, and beyond. He offers everything from solo concerts to full band production.
Ronny spent over 10 years bringing his southern charm to the San Diego music scene before moving back home to Texas. Together with his band Pirate Radio, he entertained crowds at popular venues such as Humphrey’s by the Bay, The Dream Catcher Theatre at Viejas Casino, the Balboa Starlight Bowl, and the San Diego County Fair Main Stage. In December of ’09, Ronny Corbin and Pirate Radio won the “Kings of the Backstage” contest at Humphrey’s by the Bay where he was crowned “San Diego’s best Original Act” as a Country Americana artist.
